Anne from Move it or Lose it visited today and had everyone moving and smiling with a fun session of gentle arm and leg exercises set to music 🎶
From stretching and reaching to tapping along to familiar tunes, we enjoyed keeping active while sharing plenty of laughs and conversation.
Exercise doesn't have to be strenuous to make a difference - these gentle movements help support mobility, coordination, wellbeing and most importantly, bring people together for an enjoyable time 😀
