Great fun today at Marian House with our Gfitness session with Katie! 💪😊
Everyone enjoyed a fantastic mix of chair-based exercises, armchair aerobics, and ball games, keeping bodies moving and spirits high. It was wonderful to see so many smiles, teamwork, and plenty of laughter throughout the session.
Staying active at any age helps improve mobility, strength, and wellbeing — and today proved that exercise can be fun for everyone! 🎈
