Today, we celebrate our beautiful planet and reflect on what Earth Day truly means to us all. It’s a reminder that the small actions we take every day can make a big difference in protecting the world we share.
At Marian House, Earth Day is about care — not just for one another but for our environment too. Just as we nurture and support everyone who lives here, we can also take steps to care for the Earth for future generations.

A huge congratulations to Mrs L’s son, Chris 🚴♂️👏🏼
Chris has just completed an incredible 1200km solo cycle ride from Roscoff in France all the way to Bilbao in Spain to raise money for the Alzheimer's Society, following his retirement from the police force.
Setting off on 1st April and finishing on 14th April, this was no easy journey—facing storms, long distances, and challenging mountainous terrain along the way.
So far, Chris has raised an amazing £4000 for this very worthy cause 💙
